Want to get married while account is under AP!

My friend fiance recently went to an interview and the CO didn't think it was a bona fide relationship so my friend fiance got the form 221 g, but when my friend check on the CEAC website it showing that the case is under AP, so can she go and get married while the case is showing AP OR does she have to wait until the embassy send the case back to the us.....I appreciate any feedback thanks

Um, she can get married, but then she has to file for a new visa and start all over again and probably do AP again too.

I forgot to mention that she want to apply for a marriage visa after getting married, so she want to know if that's possible to do while the case is still showing AP

Why does she want to give up on the K-1... If she just waits then her K-1 visa might be approved soon and she can start living with her fiance. Why does she want to start over and wait another year + for a different type of visa?

Because the co told her fiance that he was not qualify for a visa

If it is in AP then there is still a chance to be approved. Otherwise they would flat-out deny it.

Yes; why else would they undergo AP? If they were going to deny it, they would just deny it. AP is usually a temporary denial that leads to eventual approval once the AP is completed. Why doesn't she come make an account here and learn more about AP in Haiti and get specific Haiti information about their typical practices and timeframes?
