the tier 2 said ongoing process. does any on of you called the tier 2 and say this and eventually your petition approve in how many mos ?pls help

Of course USCIS wll eventually approve your petition..However it could take months and on my case over a year tongue.png

NOA 1 ---- 09/21/2011

I-130 Approved ------ 04/30/2013

NVC Case Number -- 05/14/2013

Medical Exam ------ 05/28/2013

Case Complete ------- 08/06/2013

Interview -------- 09/09/2013

Visa Arrived ---------- 10/17/2013

POE SFO ------------- 10/21/2013

Delays maybe inevitable, but misery is optional!

yes it is, my husband called just last week and the supervisor told him that our case was assigned to an agent so maybe it means they working on it, we filed on december 2012 by the way and still waiting for noa2!! its been 7months and 1week of waiting!!

aw your case took a year how come..it was too long.. just only for approval? i've got our noa 1 since march 6 my priority date is march 4 2013. can you tell me your experience or knowledge when my case will be approve.. thanks.

yes im cr1 too! we are under at nbc is your receipt number start with msc? i know it is, but we cant do anything but wait for the approval.. hopefully this month i really hope so..

hopefully this months.. what they mean your case is assigned of an agent. they told my husband that they are only on going process. they did not tell that theyy assigned in an agent?

I don't know because that's they said to my husband he will call again next week, lets just be positive that our papers will approve this month, you just have to be patience i know its frustrating to wait because that what i feel everyday imagine 7months and 1week hehe and still initial review

Aw.thats true very frustrating but we have still hope that this month or next month will be approve.where is your husband from?is your husband a forener? Hopefully we will ne approve

July 26, 2011: Received NOA2 via text/email!!!
July 30, 2011: Received NOA2 hardcopy in mail
August 8, 2011: NVC received file
September 1, 2011: NVC case number assigned
September 2, 2011: AOS invoice received, OPTIN email for EP sent
September 7, 2011: Paid AOS bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 9, 2011)
September 8, 2011: OPTIN email accepted, GZO number assigned
September 10, 2011: Emailed AOS package
September 12, 2011: IV bill invoiced
September 13, 2011: Paid IV bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 14, 2011)
September 14, 2011: Emailed IV package
October 3, 2011: Emailed checklist response (checklist generated due to typo on Form DS-230)
October 6, 2011: Case complete at NVC
November 10, 2011: Interview - APPROVED!!!

January 28, 2014: Production of new Green Card ordered

February 3, 2014: New Green Card received; done with USCIS until fall of 2023*

December 18, 2023:  Filed I-90 to renew Green Card

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal

Our PD was September 2011. I was then on CR-1 category but we were so unlucky then and our papers was stuck in VSC and no one can tell what and how did it happen..

We finally heard an RFE just Feb this year and that was after our attempts to do the K3 route..
