Hello,

Some silly questions as I was trying to search the forum for.

Wife: beneficiary

Me: Petitioner

1. ROC started June 9th. Our expiration is September 9th. I am handing in all my documents tomorrow. Does that poise an issue?

2. Wife currently lives in another state as of June 15, 2013 due to work. I am still at old address until I find a Job where she is at. But prior to 6/15/13, both of us has been at the same place. Would anyone see that as being a problem?

Wife's job: Just started residency in Oklahoma university medical center in department of family medicine (3 year contract)

Me: practicing OBGYN in New York City.

3. Documents included:

copy of GC

Joint Chase bank statement

Joint Citibank statement

Whole life policy #1 (wife is beneficiary)

Whole life policy #2 (wife is benefidiary)

New address with both of our names on it

New renter insurance with both of our names on it

health insurance plan

2012 Joint tax return

2011 Joint tax return

2 Letters from friends

I was searching forum and saw that a lot of people are submitting more than me. Can someone please just comment on what I have so far?

Also, does it matter which carrier you send the forms through? I was thinking of using USPS priority mail with tracking. Do I need a return receipt?

Thanks in advance. Probably shoudl have done this a lot earlier. Heh... =) Better late than never

What about phone bills; gas, joint lease

I agree with above, which are important ones and should be sufficient. But if you want to check additional evidence that I plan to send, then check out my post in August 2013 thread - I have a lot of additional stuff unique to me.

You are not late at all. You must file WITHIN the 90 days prior to the expiration. That includes now.
