HELP noa2

i been reading the flow chart and i dont understand how it works. i jus submitted my petition to texas, after its approved what happens? they send my fiancee a packet to her house in the philippines?? who sends it?? and what documents are in it?? what do they send me and what documents do i need to get ready?? im confused i want to start getting things redy because im such a procrastinator. what papers do i need to get redy? can i go to the philippines when she has noa2? sorry for the troubles i jus want to know what to expect..

is that all it is?? it says i have to send it to her. why do i have to send it to her will she be sending it to manila or will she use it in her interview? if i have noa2 can i go back to the philippines and be with her and be there to process it with her?

you can go to the philippines to be with her for medical and interview, yes. After you get the NOA2, you will need to call NVC to obtain a case number which your fiance will need to schedule the interview at manila

you'll need to prepare the I-130 and bring your paper NOA2 that will arrive in the mail. Details can be found here http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide

Your fiance will be sent a packet from the Manila embassy which will tel her everything she needs to provide.

ok thank you that clears up some things for me. the i-130 does it pretain to me it says alien relative. im getting a k1 visa. also do u know whats in the packet that the embasssy sends to my fiancee?

Nope USEM does not send a packet to your fiancée, everything is done online. Your fiancée "may" get a letter and a couple pamphlets from USEM... most don't.

Yes you can fly to the Phils if you so choose once YOU get the NOA2; you are the petitioner so you will receive the NOA2.

There is a link to the complete process for the K-1 in Manila in my signature below this post. There are links to the Embassy Instructions Letter and everything else needed. Read this letter, print a copy and use it as a check list.

Pop down to the Philippine forum.. good folks there to assist you

There is not an I-130 in the K-1 process for Manila, and there is absolutely ZERO reason to bring the original NOA2 to the Philippines, no one ever asks for it. A copy of the NOA2 will be asked for at AOS time.

Everything for the K-1 process in Manila is done online.
