I need some help on filing out my afidavite of support for my 12yrs old daughter, i am have being working privatly for this lady for the past 2 years i pay my own taxes, so should i ask her for a letter of employment or i should write my own letter? and on the DS230 since she is only 12 is it ok for me to do the signing? am so confuse please help i want to get this all together and send it off as they had requested it.

If U paid your own taxes U should get a copy from them

also seem U say U do contract work as U are not her

employee so her ltter should state, that , If this is not a

company with letter head & ph#. I'd have her notorize that

letter....I don't think the child signs call the 800 # they'll tell U

Thanks for your reply Jawaree, but let me explain it better for u i work as Home health Aid for this old lady she pays me a cheque every week, but i went to the Tax ppl and they estimate what tax i pay from that which i pay every 3 months so i am the one who pay my taxes but at the end of the year her accountantant send me the w2 form on it states am employed to her, she also is is register as an employer, so what i do now should i just get her to write a letter or something?
