My recommendation--get rid of your lawyer asap. You may feel committed to him because you paid him all your money but the damage he can do to your case is a worse consequence than loosing money.

Well my husband sent a email asking what steps are next and no response. We got a letter for his biometrics and we have no idea what is going on. I mean I've been reading, but if it wasn't for the internet we would be clueless. This lawyer is useless and my husband is afraid to get a new one.

Ask him to email U a copy of your file ...everything, after printing it out go to

immigrate2us and see if he was even doing any work for U...I hear it takes

3-4 wks for atty to complete the waivers as long as the client send in evidences,

references, and photos in a timely manner
