so when you price land 'outside of town' again, try to pick a spot that is 'outside of town', aye?

a town, any town - doesn't matter - just make sure the land is 'outside of town'

I know buy something back home I can get 15 acres for less than 100k and If the 167 inches of snow doesn't scare the first set back to warmer climates then when the temp hits minus 20 the immigration chain will slow to something we can handle.

Thanks everyone, passport is on order and he has big travel plans now that he can go places without getting visas as often.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.
