I need help as my fiances uncle who is a USC will be filling the Affidavit of Support I-134 as I lived in Europe for a very long time and never worked in the USA.Can someone tell me what would he need to send along with the form I-134,he is in pension and has a good monthly income and also has a a house he is renting.Also if his son is living with him but she has her own income and he is not supporting him as he has his own job,dose the uncle need to write his sons name in the I-134 or not?Any help would be appreciated,thank you!

The co-sponsor needs the same documents as the petitioner needs for their own I-134. They will need their most recent tax transcript and proof of current income. A copy of the 1099 from his pension, copy of rental agreement and a few months of bank statements showing the amounts being deposited into his account should work as proof. He should also provide proof of being a USC, copy of birth certificate, naturalization or biographical page from US passport.

If the child is not a minor and he does not claim them on his taxes, then they do not need to be listed as a dependent and are not counted in his household size.
