No, not approved yet, it just means they touched the file to assign an alien registration number to the beneficiary. Sometimes this happens just before they're verifying the case and make the approval, sometimes this happens right after people have sent their package. It's not indicative of much. As you recently responded to an RFE, you may well be in the former group and will see a result very soon!

it means that they have assigned an Alien Registration Number to your fiancé(e) rolleyes.gif it doesn't mean approval yet, but at least you know that someone has start processing your file rolleyes.gif

I just recently got an RFE from CSC myself, so I went back and looked through Igor's list and it looks like 2-5 weeks is pretty standard to get your case approved after the RFE, assuming that you sent in what they were looking for. I'd guess from your timeline that you should expect a decision one way or the other very soon.
