Nebraska Update

I just wanted to provide an update for anyone who has filed through Nebraska... I spoke with them today and they said they are processing the filing date January 16th, 2013 for the I-601. :sad: My date received is February 6th, 2013. They said to call back in 3-4 weeks if I have not heard anything by then and they would give me an update but that this would be considered like our new processing time. This means another medical I'm sure and another couple months minimum before my hubs is able to come back

That's very disappointing. Mine was submitted until the 27th of March. We requested that it be expidited but haveyet to hear anything

Yes we were approved on June 26th,2013. We have been waiting since Feb1,2013. Now we are just trying to figure out what we are supposed to do next.

Wow, congrats, that's actually really fantastic news! I believe what happens next is that it's forwarded to the consular and they should contact you within a week or two.

I got on the Traveldocs website and tried to make an appointment for the Embassy and it gave me no appointment time, but instead something to print out to take with him to the embassy but no date or time. It said he has to pick up something but didn't say when the pick up would be available just the address. does that mean it is there already?

Hey Mata any word on NSC? I too am a Feb 6th filer. I am calling tomorrow to find out something abou my case for my hubby. Good luck. The wait is killing me.

They receive my I601 march 27th and I did a call on july 6th and they told me the date that they was is february 16th is more that four months now and I didnt receive nothing and more money for medical, and get a job here in El Salvador
