Hello all,

I need a help from your help. I am kind a confused. My husband is in military reserve. where should be send out N400 form (texas or nebraska) Are we exempt from the filing fee, since my husband is in military reserve.

please let us know.

Actually no. You have to pay the fee. If YOU were in the military and doing active duty you'd be able to naturalize and most likely not pay the fee but that is not the case.

Since you obviously have 10-yr green card, save up the money and apply when you have the full amount.
