Ok I want to Thank you all for your support but I got approved today and Im still checking to see who esle is getting approved I wont stop till I see all my March Filers Happy. Maybe it paid off to miss the letter of intent and getting RFE for it.



Also If you are in a real relationship and it is not for imigrATION PURPOSES ONLY YOU WILL GET APPROVED COUNT ON IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

NOTHING itS Dept Homeland Security Im sure they saw it . and everytime I called I would talk in military terms IE... Roger Negative , niner instead of Nine Tree instead of 3 . and Believe it or not they take note. They type everything you say. This is serious . But I also have a K-2 child that Im sure they want here before the school year starts God Bless And Good Luck

Finally I think the big part was mising the letter of intent it got them to pull out file . and when they got it they just approved it. But I thank God above all else

09/15/2012: Got Married
09/26/2012: Mailed I-130 from Nigeria( delayed by customs)
USCIS stage ( 66 days)
10/12/2012: NOA 1
12/17/2012: NOA 2 (case was transferred to NYC office 11/27/12)
NVC stage ( 20 days)
01/08/2013: Case # and IIN assigned ( file arrived NVC mail room 12/20/12)
01/09/2013: AOS invoiced and paid, DS-3032 emailed and mailed.
01/16/2013: IV invoiced &paid. AOS & IV mailed in one package(arrived 01/18).
01/28/2013: Case complete!!!
04/19/2013: Interview; APPROVED!!!!!
05/13/2013: POE; JFK

I would hope this is everyone :) i was so excited to see u approved i called my fiance and he had to leave his classroom ( he teaches) cuz he started to tear up! Lol i pray we r as blessed as u on this journey!!! Hes in a bad situation over there but not bad enuff for expedite :(
