Thank you, sorry for your AP as well, I know it has been a long time for yourself. Did they tell you why were you put on AP?

No reason at all as to why we are in AP or when they will be done. I just send them an email every so often just to see what they say. However we did receive a letter from the Embassy a few days ago requesting my birth certficate so hopefully something soon.

Hopefully your AP won't last as long.

Wow, I am trully sorry to hear that you have been on AP for quite some time. I am sure that you have called, but have they said why?? Seems to me that your interview went as smooth as mine or better. Did you email them? It has not even been a week and I am so sad. I can't imagine how you feel. Did they give you a time frame?

After two weeks of waiting for his passport and visa I called to find out why is taking them so long to send it, that's when they told me the bad news, they gave me a time frame of 90 days and as you know it has been more than that. Then I emailed them asking if there is any documents needed and they said that at the time there is nothing else needed from us that as soon as they are done with the process that they will let us know. My interview was great, she glanced to all the evidence and asked the usual questions and then said the magic words we all want to hear. It has been hard for the two of us, but we are keeping the faith. BTW don't waste $7 on someone in Mexico, just call DOS and they will give you the same answer or more.
