So, when the tier 2 woman answered, I gave her my information, and she said they would check on it to find out when it was sent out, and in what batch and mail service….

I was thinking, wow, she is actually being helpful!

I was put on hold for a minute, and she came back on….

She said there was already a service request put in on the 23rd, and the CSC hadn’t responded yet, but that it typically takes them a few days to respond, and I should check again at the end of the week. Thank you for calling! AND THEN SHE HUNG UP!!!!

AAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGG!!!!

We called NVC twice today..the first one a guy told me he can't find any approval for my USCIS number. Then my fiance called and the other guy told him that they haven't received the case yet,but it should by this time.. in short there is a delay.. I don't want to get my hopes up.. :(

Hi everyone I know we have pretty much the same situation here. We feel happy, excited, impatience and agitated all at the same time. All we want is to be with the one we love. Lets think positive and have patience. Remember the Law of attraction. So think happy and positive thoughts if we can. :)

still waiting for our Case number. though I know that even if we receive it now, we will still have the interview by July. but at least I know it would make us (not just us but to the others too) feel better if we already have what we are waiting for. And so we can already have the medical and determine the interview date if we already have the case number..ClockWatch2.gif back to waiting mode ClockWatch2.gif:D Patience is a virtue :D

I've been told that before too... Could be one of a couple of things...Either poorly trained, or just want to tell you something to get you off the phone.

Hey guys im confused a bit! I should wait 15 business days til i call nvc right? Is saturday a business day? Is sunday?

They wont contact us when they recieve our case huh? We have to contact them huh?

I am going to call now :) It has been only a week. Due to Memorial Day, that would be 4 business days... Sat and Sun are typically not considered business days. No one can stop you from calling. Just be friendly.

Our date is the same date. I call them everyday, 1-603-334-0700

I just called them and ours has not arrived yet. They tell me call after 15 days, but I call everyday anyway. They are very polite. Hope that helps.
