06/25/2012 - Interview at Consulate, APPROVED!!!!
07/07/2012 - POE at JFK, easy.

09/28/2012 - Mailed I-485
11/09/2012 - Appointment for Biometrics
12/08/2012 - EAD and AP Card arrived in mail. No updates to USCIS website.
07/26/2013 - Approved, no interview.

04/30/2015 - Mailed I-751

06/03/2015 - Appointment for Biometrics

02/29/2016 - Approved, no interview.

03/14/2016 - Received 10-year Card

Just a copy of the certified marriage certificate you get back from the court. Bring the 'original' one they give you with to your interview, if you even have one.

I just sent our AOS package last month, we used a certified copy of the marriage certificate and had no issues. going this friday for our biometric appointment. my copies were $5.00 a piece so i grabbed 3 just in case.

We included a certified copy for each package -- AOS, EAD, and AP. Although, certified copies were much cheaper for us! We spent about $20 for four copies.

Ditto for us! :thumbs:

Completed: K1/K2 (271 days) - AOS/EAD/AP (134 days) - ROC (279 days)

My AOS process took 7 months and that was with the RFE. I received my EAD/AP within 3 months after filing.

NATURALIZATION -WOOOHOO

Final paperwork sent to lawyer - 14-Dec-2015

GC-Date: Resident Since 02/13/2013

Sent: N-400 Sent 12/21/2015
NOA: 12/24/2015

Biometrics: 01/20/2016
In Line: 01/25/2016
Int Ltr: 01/28/2016
Interview: 03/08/2016
Oath: 04/14/2016
Field Office: Buffalo NY
