Can IV package be sent before AOS package ?

Yes, it doesn't matter what order they are sent in if you have paid both fees.

i thought the order is required because i have seen times lines here all members they send the AOS package and IV in the same time or AOS package before IV package,

so i can send IV package before AOS package , big thanks

i dont think NVC they accept IV package unless they accept AOS

That is the required order only if you send in the AOS and then wait for the IV bill to be generated. The OP got billed for both fees and paid them (they must have a lawyer). Once a fee is paid, you can send in the packet. Since both fees were paid, they can send in both packets, and it doesn't matter which one is first. If you send in the AOS first and the IV packet a few days later, you may get a "false checklist" for the IV packet. If you send in the IV packet and the AOS packet a few days later, you may get a "false checklist" for the AOS packet. So long as they both get there, you're fine.

My IV package was sent 5 days before my AOS package. The AOS was paid before the IV package. Please refer to the flowchart. The IV is not dependent on the AOS and vice versa but both need to be reviewed for a case complete and interview date to be set.
