Didn't say it'd be simple to convert the system over to a single payer but it could be done if they wanted to do it. Wanna repeal Obamacare? Offer a more attractive replacement. the Democrats should have been more thoughtful when they wrote the bill... over 1000 pages..... They said this bill was their mandate from the people..... so.. people... President Obama gave you his version of what he thought you wanted... then he was reelected... and so there it is... Obamacare... ENJOY.!!

Any program this far reaching and that had so many different medical situations and business challenges would be in many ways flawed. There is no perfect plan that's this large and sweeping.

We were surprised by WWII and had NO ability to just turn on the war machine...that was also filled with many challenges and it was wrought with obstacles; but we made it work because it was for our common good.

Just like this idea of universal health coverage for all. The ACA is LONG overdue for a health care system that's broken and out of control.

I know three hard working, law-abiding people that have lost everything to medical bills.; just because they got sick? In the 21^st century that's simply unacceptable in this country.

We ought to stop waiting for perfection and stop talking about repeal and freaking implement what was already passed. Challenging a law 38 times that’s already went before the Supreme Court is PURELY political and its also completely ridicules for grown adults to be attempting yet again.

We started a little war in Iraq that was a complete disaster and I haven't seen anyone voting or screaming over that snafu.

The most hypocritical part is in the case of Iraq, which by the way killed thousands of American's and probably a few hundred thousand Iraqi's, the ACA only just offers universal health coverage? So of course, be enraged over saving live?

I no longer understand these politicians or their stingy self centered constituents.

The one thing they could do is remove the IRS from the health care bill. We have seen the abuse .... This is all about control of the people on a massive level..... Think bloomberg and his war on soda size. It is the backdoor way to deal with gun control.....

I don't know a lot about Obamacare since we are covered under Tri-care, but I do have a question. What is the alternative? If Obamacare provides for everyone, if you get rid of it, what about the folks who can't afford health insurance?

It doesn't cover everyone, and the number of uninsured actually increases under Obamacare. If that was its stated purpose, it fails. However, as far as my HMO coverage, it has cost me less money out of pocket so far, although the premium increase we have to pay makes that a wash. So the cost of our coverage has gone up, but more stuff is covered at no cost, like birth control pills and annual physicals.

The downfall there is, the only people who will be opting in are the ones that can't afford healthcare. So who's gonna pay for it? The people that can afford healthcare will be paying for it twice.
