I have never seen anyone from afghanistan get a visitor visa to the USA. I honestly think this is stupid and discriminating. I have met so many people from various countries in the usa like sadi arabia Egypt Pakistan so why not afghanistan my fiancee is from afghanistan and we have to meet because we have not seen each other in three years so why can't he visit so i can file the fiancee visa and does anyone know if Mexico would let us both visit there and just let us get married please give me an answer someone it would make me so happy

Afghans needs a visa to enter Mexico

As far as I could tell, the nearest Mexican Embassy is in Iran

Caveat Emptor, the information I provided is worth exactly what you paid for it.

PS: as to why? He who pays the Piper dictates the tune. Consider this during elections in your locale for federal positions and/or engage your political representative.

Most countries do not accept Afghan PP holders

You can meet in oceania-Tuvalu

Europe - Kosovo

Africa- Algeria

Asia- Macau

N. America/Caribbean- St Kitts Nevis or St Vincent (They will have to request a visa & be thoroughly vetted1st)

The other countries they can travel to is in or around their area like Pakistan etc

Your spouse could try St Kitts a nice small island, just be aware the Caribbean is part of N America & if the USA

buzz off buddy they do too....The Bahamas & Mexico have a visa requirement that I don't think they would make

easy good luck

Has he actually tried to get a tourist visa? How many times? What are his ties to the USA vs to his country?

One of his problems is precisely that he has a US citizen fiance- they are afraid he would use the tourist visa to come here, marry you and stay.

Ease of getting a visitors visa is partly a reflection of the politics between the two places and partly a reflection on how many previous holders of visitors visas have returned to their home country promply at the end of their visit. Places that rank poorly in either have a very hard time in getting visas.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.
