Question regarding DS 156

Hi guys,

I just received the instructions for K1 visa application. The embassy sent me all the forms but what seems somewhat odd (to me anyways) is the fact that they sent me the DS 156 form in duplicate, in czech...I thought it was to be filled out online ? I am thinking - if these forms will be reviewed at the POE they wont have a clue what any of the words mean. Besides...wasn't there a bar code generated after filling out the form ?

I still intend to fill it out online and make two copies and fill out the czech version by hand as well....just thought I would ask if anyone has had any experience like that ? unsure.png

thanks in advance

J.

I emailed Frankfurt about their DS156 form because they just have the PDF online so no barcode will be generated. They claim they do not need the barcode and it is only used for NIV.
