What can be done by this waiting time

Hi all, The I130 has been approved for my wife last year and I paid the $88 AOS fee. As I was not here in US for more than two of last 3 years (except 2012), now I'm dealing with filling back taxes and waiting for the tax transcripts to be generated by IRS. And I heard generating tax transcript by IRS may take more than two months.

I was wondering what I or my wife can do by this time to use this waiting time while IRS generating transcript?

Thx a lot.

I recommend you pay your IV fee and get everything (aos and IV packet) ready to go. and call IRS tell them to hurrydry.png

vj terminology to know

NOA = notice of action :P

ISO = immigration service officer

NBC = (same as MSC)national benefits center

RFE = request for evidence

Tell your wife to get a passport (if she doesn't have one yet), fill out the DS-230 form and gather all her civil documents.
