First of all, don't write in all caps.

Since the first line is until present time, I would assume you should put unemployed there. If it's in the past, I would put unemployed as one of the "jobs", so that no time is skipped for the past 5 years.

Keep in mind that by the time of the interview, you must prove income at 125% of poverty level at least. If you are still unemployed at that time, you will need a cosponsor and hope the embassy will accept that.

If you or fiance have kids, then you need to make more, look in the PDF.

Hi.. Just bothered me.. Why can't i have all caps on the form G-325A?

And another thing, how many copies of the form do i need to send? 1 for each? Or 4 for each? Coz i've seen some posts before that they sent 4 copies of G325A each for petitioner and beneficiary.. A little confusing..

When the previous poster said no caps, they meant in the forums, they weren't refering to your G-325A form. You can use all caps on the forms.

You need one form for the petitioner and one for the beneficiary. So thats 2 in total.

Here I will assume that its just you and your fiancee and that you wont be filing for any children.

The porverty line for a household of two (you and your fiancee) is $19,387 annually.

You need to be at least be making the above amount to qualify. So if you are currently making 15000 a year, your options are as follows:

1.Find a close relative that is either a US citizen or a legal resident that is willing to act as a joint sponsor with you.

2. Get a second job or a better paying job to raise your yearly income.

If I have missed out on anything, other members will hopefully chime in.
