same here still waiting for NVC to reciece our case so depressing sad.png been waited long enough to get approved now still waiting for NVC to recieve our case no ending waiting. is there anything we can do???

Tier 2 won't do anything for you until it's been 30 days past NOA2. Then they will put in a service request, and you have to wait at least 5 business days for that.

At that point they will only tell you where it is, and what is being done, but don't expect it will get there any faster.

I was approved on march 29 and my petition still has not been recieved and NVC so i contacted my congresssmans office. He called today and said that my case is being expeditiously rushed to NVC and he is going to monitor my case to ensure that it is streamlined from this point forward since i have been going through this for a year and a half.

I was approved on March 29th too and NVC hasn't received my petition either. I have a MSC number but my husband lives in California. Do you think my petition was sent to CSC? I've called USCIS spoke to tier 2 rep who put in a request. I sent a request to my congressman last week.

How long did it take for your congressman to get back to you?

I had the same issue

your file is stuck at the local office that approved it, but should be at the nvc shortly

csc was never involved

my congressman has not gotten back to me yet.. consent form sent ten days ago

are you able to go for an infopass? I did this after my petition was approved only to find out the file was still at the office

My petition was approved at the local office in San Bernardino and it has just been sitting there from what my congressman told me. I have called USCIS multiple times over the last few months and have been rejected to speak with a tier two most times. When i have been able to speak with someone they just tell me to keep waiting. Its rediculous but the congressman said my petition should be at NVC by tomorrow.
