We submitted an I-130 in Nov. 2012 which was moved to the NVC and have filed electronically. We are at the stage where they have sent an email requesting original documents (birth certificates, marriage cert...etc), on their web page it also asks for a Criminal Record Check, but the letter from them does not request it. Will they request this at a later date?? Anyone know?? Their web site states that every applicant will need a criminal record check, So confused.

You should send it in with the iv package. And bring the original to the interview with your other original documents.
