I woke up at 5 am to find a missed text message from 1245 am. It was an update to our case. Checked it out and YES, we are approved. So excited, didn't even take time to get a calling card, just called my honey at her work and surprized her with the great news. I have never heard that woman scream so loud. Good thing it was only around 530pm her time and no guests were already asleep in the hotel. LOL.

As usual, I am still hoping a praying for everyone else that had a NOA1 date earlier than us that they get a response very soon.

Congrats!!! It's great to see another Phil-Am couple approved. What was your NOA1 date?

Ours was approved late last night too. Right after I got fired from my job. Just goes to prove that a bad day is always salvageable.

Congrats on the approval! Hope you get a job soon.

I got a text at 1230am this morning telling me my I129F was approved. I'm updating my timeline.

Congrats! kicking.gif

I didn't get an email or text message, but when I woke up this morning and checked my case status (as I do compusively multiple times a day) it was APPROVED!!!!

I had to go double/triple check my case number to make sure it wasn't a mistake! My fiance and I are SOO RELIEVED to finally move on to the next stage.. and to be done with the indefinite waiting of CSC! We're also really thankful that we didn't get the RFE that we were expecting because his letter of intent was scanned and not an original signature.

For those who are still waiting, STAY HOPEFUL! One of these times it will be yours! Keeping you all in my thoughts!

I got approved late last night also. Big surprise because I had already checked earlier in the evening. Today would be our 7 month anniversary from NOA1.

I can't update my timeline either. The VJ site was down last night and now it's really weird and difficult to use.

Congrats!

Sadly I look to this site daily multiple times for signs of progress. I really let it affect my mood too much - haha. I'm always monitoring our "place in line" on Igor's list.

I check this site more then Facebook

All the best on the rest of your journey!

Thanks also for praying for us that seem to have been forgotten again. May all the July filers be done so they can approve the rest of the cases:)idea9dv.gif
