Hello, I have a few questions about my situation and im hoping that i will find some answers.

I'm 28 years USC who's dating a 44 years old woman who was on F1 Visa and she's been out of status for 12 years. we've been dating for 18 months and we're planning to get married next month and then apply to the USCIS for a green card application, I have some questions regarding the process. Im mainly worried if the age difference is considered a red flag? Also we're not planning to have a wedding since our families are overseas so im not sure if not having any wedding pics will be another red flag? we do have lots of pics though. Im planning to add her to my medical insurance, life insurance, lease, bank join account as well as a beneficiary for my pension plan. the last question is about her visa status, is that considered a red flag since she overstayed since 2001? All answers are appreciated.

I dont think the age differance would be an Issue, I wish you luck in what your doing , but what i think what will come into question is her overstaying her visa to begin with. but that is my opinion.

This over-stay issue will most likely be forgiven upon filing for AOS. As previously stated, the age shouldnt be a problem either
