Hey Andie have you had any news on your case recently, I hope that it all gets worked soon for you.

Hi Res... yes we refiled a few weeks ago. Third time ... crazy !!

It is totally in my fiance's hands right now. As the beneficiary I really have no power. The plan is to fight the fight through the Congressman and whatever else it takes. i am already exhausted by all this. yes, we made an error with our initial petition but since then it has been theirs. I can only say it has taken its toll... but we are still together while 8000 miles apart. I can't deny that it is very very tough.

Best to you all though ... and to you and Lyricalan ... Well done !! keep moving and you will soon be getting on your lives as they were meant to be.

My visa is not given yet so me and lyricalan are both with heavy hearts for what the US embassy have done to us. I still don't have a visa...it's now beyond 1 month after the interview. My status goes from REady to AP,then ready, then Administrative processing. Don't know until when they will give us this very painful feeling...
