I am so confused now! lol Ok, I am American and my fiance is British. We applied for a fiance visa for him to live and work in America. So what am I, the petitioner? I just recently moved back to America from the UK and he is in the UK waiting on the visa. We just got notification that we need more evidence. Does the information need to be mailed to me or him? Thanks!!!
