So I called USCIS customer service. Because the website was showing that I had an interview date but no physical interview date in the post (mail). Spoke to a very nice gentleman who helped me out a lot. We had an RFE on our co-sponsors information. We addressed this and sent the information right away. Well the USCIS case status dash board is apparently showing incorrect information regarding my case. The customer service person checked out my file and said that there was no interview date showing up in the system and also my advanced parole document had not been approved yet, even though I received email notification from the USCIS website and server. Probably a glitch or bug in their system. Still, I am a little sad at this set back. They will be sending me follow up notification (as I requested it). So actually my interview date is not April 23rd but to be determined. Has anyone else experienced this? I didn't know where to post this so mods please feel free to move to correct discussion board.
