Tomorrow my fiance and I are going to the social security office to obtain his SS card. We are filling out the forms and are stumped on one of the questions it says:

CITIZENSHIP

( Check One )

U.S. Citizen

Legal Alien Allowed To Work

Legal Alien Not Allowed To Work(See Instructions On Page 3)

Other (See Instructions On Page 3)

What do we check? I assume "Legal Alien Allowed to Work" but not 100% since he cannot work until he receives his EAD.
