We got there around 5 am on March 26th, people already there long lines our appointment is at 6:15 am

They start checking interview letters they move us to the front of the line

We go in around 6:15 go thru security got to the first window number issue still outside after security check

We drop appointment letter to window 39 wait for number to be call

20 minutes later we got called to window 35 drop off Nbi he ask her in Tagalog where our son was (he was sleep ) ok go seat down wait for your number to be call

20 minutes later window 43 biometrics finger print and wait to be call again for first interview

First interview (Philippine officer)

1) Do you have your sons picture

2) they ask her where and when we met

3) ask for pictures together

4) ask me how manny times I visit her

5 ask me for my most recent tax I had both 2011 and 2012 but she only kept the 2012

6) she ask me for my immigration status

After that she said have a seat you will get call for the American officer interview 20 minutes later

Second interview (American officer

1) Race your right hand (please do not answer any questions that I ask her let her answer )

2) what was the date of your wedding

3) how often do we talk

I was thinking that he will ask more questions to her but then he ask me some questions

I'm just curious how come you have not become a citizen? Is as very dumb not to do it but I'm now in the process of doing it

He ask me if my son was going to have all 3 nationalities (US,Philippine and Mexican ) I told him yes for sure.

After that he gave my wife a paper for domestic violence and told her what her rights were once in the US wait for your number to be call in window around the corner.

10 minutes later another officer said that your paper work looks in order go to the 2go window for verification of address info.

And we are just waiting for the visa but is holly week here in the Philippines so maybe by April 4th we are schedule to fly on the 17th to San Francisco Ca.

were are we going to pay the $165? she is done on her cfo but she need to go back to cfo to get stamp on her passport and my son

You can pay for it online. You'll get the instructions together with the visa packet.

yes she is done with her cfo but we need to go back there to get the stamp for her passport and also with my son.

Wondering why CO asked 2012 Tax return instead of 2011. Some consulates take 2011 Tax returns until the end of April/Mid May.

CO asked for the most recent tax return. It so happen that OP already filed 2012 that's why the CO kept it. If he only has 2011 then it's okay as well.

I've provided my spouse with 2011 Tax returns only. Although I filed 2012 and have tax transcript from IRS, I am not going to provide it to my spouse.

Hope everything goes well.

With the interview of 4/29 you will be asked for the 2012 taxes. They start asking for previous year taxes starting March 1. But you definitely do as you decided and report back how it went.

Alas, yer interview is on 2013-04-29 which is past the deadline to file a tax return.
