When is the typical RFE issued?

I noticed on both the I765 and I485 timelines that RFE's are listed PRIOR to the Biometrics appointment thingy. Does that mean that if we didn't receive one yet and have already received and completed our Biometrics that we won't have a RFE? Or can they come anytime?

Thank you!!!

They can come anytime. Even during the interview (if you have one)

A friend of mine, had an RFE during her interview. She was adjusting from a k1 visa and her vaccination record was marked as INCOMPLETE (Even when is pretty obvious that if she got her k1 approved, it's ONLY because she had ALL her vaccines. But for some reason the civil surgeon still marked incomplete) :bonk:

The point is that the USCIS staff who was interviewed her, told her that she need a new copy where it states that she has all her vaccines, cause the one she gave him was "incomplete". she was like reallY? he gave him an rfe and handle her another interview date. She had to pay 20 box :bonk: :bonk: :bonk: :bonk:

The point is that yes, you can an RFE anytime
