RFE

Hey guys,

As I checked my forms again after I have sent the petition, I noticed I accidentally forgot to put my other half of my first name as I have 2 first name (Jonny Vorn) on the bottom of the form G-325A. I was really upset with my upset for committing the unthinkable mistake as such. I was wondering what I should do? Should I sent the correct one or just wait and expect RFE coming?

If the information is already on the I-129F, that would be sufficient. The instructions state that you don't have to repeat information on the G-324A that is already shown elsewhere.

And you can't send any correction now ... you will have to wait until you have an RFE ... maybe you won't.

An RFE is not the end of the world. You could always call USCIS and ask, but I do not recommend refiling anything because it might put you at the end of the line again.

Thanks guys. Lets hope I don't receive RFE. I just applied my petition on 02/11/13 and have not received my NOA1 yet.

Send your fiance a corrected form for the interview. Don't worry, you're not the first. They will figure out who you are.

I really hope so. I really do not want to add more time to this lengthy process. Unfortunately, today is president's day. I think the office is closed.
