my fiancee got her visa on Sept 19th. Because she is still in school until January, she cant come to us until then. Her graduation is on Jan 14th. She just found out that her brother is getting married on Jan 24th. She is telling me that she will come after the wedding..so she is scheduled to arrive here on Feb 10th....Her visa would expire on March 19th...Will there be any problems with Immigration officer because of this?

No - it's good for one entry within 6 months of receipt.

It is important to keep track of the different "clocks". The visa is valid for six months from the date of issuance and must be activated before expiration. The visa is activated at the POE into the US. Once the visa has been activated then the "clock" resets and the 90 days to marry clock begins.

YMMV

I understand that. Is there any difference in terms of arriving into US immediately after she gets the visa stamped, or few days before the stamp expire...??

What does expiration mean? Since it is a single entry visa it means you can activate it up to and including the expiration date. Why would you think that the hassle factor would increase close to the end?

Kitkat1 was right. it doesn't matter will visa expire in a few days after arriving to the US or not. Your fiancee should arrive during 6 months after she gets the visa stamped but not later.

Later than the expiration date would definetly be a problem.....

YMMV
