Are personal pictures really necessary as evidence of a marriage?

My wife and I have been married for almost 6 years, we have two kids and constantly travel back and forth to the USA to visit her family in the USA.

If we have our children's Consular Report of Birth Abroad and other official American Citizen documents, are personal pictures really necessary.

I also forgot to state that we were also married in the USA.

Help.

I'm the beneficiary, she's the USC!

You need to send the picture of yourself and the picture of your wife that are required for filing. Photos as supporting documentation are a good idea but if your other documentation is solid, you do not have to send them.

I'm a dual US/Hungarian citizen (both by birth; Hungarian citizenship verification TBA), and my husband is a dual British/Irish citizen (by treaty) from Northern Ireland. We are atheists.

as said earlier, only the passport photos are required in each of the stages. Every other supporting documents the couple decide to support depends on how far they are willing to prove the validity of their union. For some couples and their situation thatis their lifeline.

I would rather i know I sent what I have that could be of well regardless the eventual outcome than keep some and later wish I had sent them in.

GOD has been WONDERFUL!!!

You do not need the beneficiary's birth certificate; they do not ask for it. But it's good you included it because they might (erroneously) ask for it later if you don't; they have asked some people.

You should include more supporting evidence if you have it. The bank statement is good. The kids' birth certificates are good. But have you lived together? Show evidence of that. Have you gone on trips together? That too, tickets and photos, whatever you have. Insurance and bills in each other's names? Mortgage/lease? Any of that.

when prepping the I-130, it's best to give all evidence with the I-130 submittal, especially since you've been married for so long.

Here's what I generated a month after returning from the marriage trip, along with my interpretation of the instructions:

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=218775&st=0&p=3324240&hl=Rusticentry3324240

Since you guys have lived together in her country - you should have been generating primary evidence of a bonafide marriage. Pictures are secondary evidence - bear that in mind.

11. Certificate of Marriage

12. Bank Statement (Most recent copy)

13. Passport, Birth Certificate and Consular Report of Birth Abroad (Child #1)

14. Passport, Birth Certificate and Consular Report of Birth Abroad (Child #2)

Do I have all the required information covered?

I don't see any evidence of a bonafide marriage there. Review my list in the url above.

The passport info bage of the beneficiary is not needed. I agree with Speedwell that the beneficiary's birth certificate is also not needed but if your I-130 ends up at a local office, then you could erroneously receive an RFE for it. A copy of the birth certificates of both children is sufficient, no need for copies of their passports or the CRBA.
