Hey guys.

So i have a bit of an issue. My fiance had his interview september of last year and was denied due to me not having a job and being able to support him at the time of petition/ interview. But a month later, which was october of 2012, i started a caregiver job working for an elderly lady.i dont get taxed so i had to file for a 1099 which i had done just recently. Now that my taxed were filed i was able to obtain a copy to send to my fiance to take to the embassy as proof of financial stability. I made $20,196 for last years calendar year and still currently employed with the lady.

Now,Will that be enough proof to the embassy for them to approve my fiances petition? Do we even have a chance in getting approved? Im soo stressed out.its been 5 months since the interview. I just hope everything turns out well. If you guys could pls reply with your feedbacks i would highly appreciate it.... :/
