Hey guys.

So i have a bit of an issue. My fiance had his interview september of last year and was denied due to me not having a job and being able to support him at the time of petition/ interview. But a month later, which was october of 2012, i started a caregiver job working for an elderly lady.i dont get taxed so i had to file for a 1099 which i had done just recently. Now that my taxed were filed i was able to obtain a copy to send to my fiance to take to the embassy as proof of financial stability. I made $20,196 for last years calendar year and still currently employed with the lady.

Now,Will that be enough proof to the embassy for them to approve my fiances petition? Do we even have a chance in getting approved? Im soo stressed out.its been 5 months since the interview. I just hope everything turns out well. If you guys could pls reply with your feedbacks i would highly appreciate it.... :/

hi! I had my interview jan. 28, 2013... My fiancee made 18,900$ year 2011... But on 2012 he made 20,300$, however, during the interview, the consul only took the 2011 W2 and 1040, employment letter and paystubs. I was so worried. I have my fiancee's w2 of 2012 that time but he said he just need the 2011. But thankfully we got approved. I do think that we got approved because my fiancee was with me during the interview, and the employment letter says he made 20,300$ for 2012...

So, i think you need to gather all your paystubs, and employment letter which supports your current income. AND COME TO THE INTERVIEW WITH YOUR FIANCEE if she gets a second interview
