How long does it usually take to get an interview date when your status is at "Your I485, APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS is now ready for interview scheduling"

Its been at this stage nearly 2 weeks

Isn't there something in the notice that says if the scheduling takes more than 30 days to give them a call? Or have you called to check? I guess it depends on what you are adjusting status from. The processing time lines they have online really depend on certain criteria. Usually it should not be that long.

"When scheduling is complete, you will receive a notice with a time and place for your interview. If you have not received the notice within 30 days of the date the notice is mailed, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for further assistance. Please check our website at www.uscis.gov for further updates on your case. If you move, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address."

The 30 days refers to the notice being mailed out after your interview has been scheduled. I haven't been scheduled for an interview.

Based on the timelines of other NYers, this is typical.

Took us 2 months from "testing & interview scheduling" stage to actually get an interview date (for mid-March). So 122 days from filing to receive interview.

It took five days for my status to go from "...is now ready to interview" to "your appointment is on March 6." I am in Southern California.

Mine took 2 days from testing to the actual date. And we received the interview date after 29 days from submitting our application :-)
