Finally they're making something centralized for everything they do. Not sure why they haven't done this before! I understand they have a kind of "version" of this but it must be very outdated.

They'll add chapters online as they open them up for public comment. Right now it only looks like citizenship is online. Hopefully this will streamline everything, if not for us, then for the ones after.
