Can an immigrat visa be denied because beneficiary unpaid debts??

Getting the visa through a US Embassy / Consulate IV unit - well we all like to think it doesn't matter, so that's a plus.

IF the country in question, you know - where the airport is -

has passport control there, where they check your name against a list of people,

well, that's a different matter entirely.

Best to find out what your country does for debtors and those that might get on a list, at passport control, aye?

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
