It would take at least 3 business days for St Luke's to forward your results and clearance to USEM, you're just cutting it too close to your interview date (that is if everything will go well). If not then you have to cancel your scheduled interview and resched it once you're cleared and on the next available slot.

Good luck!

From the Dept of State website (use drop menu - MNL)

It is important that you must have completed your medical examination at least a week before your interview appointment. Otherwise, your visa application will be refused or you may be asked to return for another appointment. The medical examination results are delivered directly to the Embassy.

I suggest that you go do the medical exam at least the last week of January. I have read that if the medical exam is very close to the visa interview that they give the results to the person to bring to the embassy themselves instead of St. Lukes delivering the results to the embassy.

If you have time between the medical exam and the interview, you can do the guidance counseling at CFO while you are still in Manila, that is, if you have not done that yet. Good luck!

Here's the link for SLEC: http://www.slec.ph/us-visa-applicants.shtml

The PDOS at CFO can be done even of you don't have your visa yet BUT after you receive your passport with visa you have to go back to get the CFO sticker. They won't issue the sticker unless you actually have your visa. ...interview for K1 visa will be on Feb. 7, 2013...

...medical exam on Feb. 4-5, 2013...

^^^ Your timeline could work.

However, during your medical, tell St. Lukes that you are willing to deliver your medical packet to your Embassy interview if St. Lukes thinks they won't be able to deliver it in time.
