The compound was stormed because he had law enforcement agents with a lawful search warrant killed some 50 days earlier - not the other way around. There's no relativism in order here. David Koresh was a cold blooded, cowardly criminal. He and he alone is responsible for what transpired at that compound. He and he alone is responsible for the innocent lives that were lost - he used them as human shields in the most cowardly fashion.
