Hi everyone,

I am a US citizen by virtue of my birthplace, but I only came to this country and established residency last January. So I have no prior work experience in the United States, and no W2's. I should get last year's W2 shortly in the mail, but my fiancee has her interview scheduled at the end of this month, so I don't think I can afford to wait anymore to send my supporting documents to her in China. In the official instructions for the I134 form, there seems to be no mention of W2's as supporting evidence. However, on this board, it seems like it is a necessary piece of evidence to add to the application. What should I do?

Thanks again!

She needs the original I-134,

but all tax documents supporting the income stuff can be scanned and emailed and later printed out in China.

So, for now, send out yer I-134 with no supporting docs

then email the stuff to her later.

Good Luck !

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

You can get a letter from your employer also if needed. W2's should be out soon.
