Hello all! Thanks to all of your help, we are finally together and married! Now it's time to submit our AOS package and we have a few questions that we can't easily find the answers to in the walk through. Your help would be appreciated once again!

Form I-131

- Part 1, Question 3 Class of Admission. Is K-1 the appropriate response?

- Part 2 - Is "D" Applying for AP document correct?

- Part 7 - Is there any advantage / disadvantage to selecting "one trip" vs "more than one trip" (we have no plans to leave the country, just filing this in case of emergency)

Form I-485

- Part 1 - What do I put for Current USCIS status? K-1?

Form G-325A

- Near the bottom of the first page which box do I select for the question: This form is submitted in connection with an application for: (Naturalization, Status as Permanent Resident, Other)

Form I-765

- Question 16. Just double checking myself... is ©(9) the correct category?

Thanks for your help!!!

- Yes.

- Part 2 - Is "D" Applying for AP document correct? - Yes.

- Part 7 - Is there any advantage / disadvantage to selecting "one trip" vs "more than one trip" (we have no plans to leave the country, just filing this in case of emergency) - For the dates and length of trip, just put 'Unknown'. Check for more than one trip, and no need to include an explanation statement about why you need AP. It is not required when filed with the I-485.

Form I-485

- Part 1 - What do I put for Current USCIS status? K-1? - Yes.

Form G-325A

- Near the bottom of the first page which box do I select for the question: This form is submitted in connection with an application for: (Naturalization, Status as Permanent Resident, Other) - Permanent Resident

Form I-765

- Question 16. Just double checking myself... is (c )(9 ) the correct category? - Yes.

Thanks for your help!!!

As stated above, check the example forms.
