Oh thank you for your reply. Yes my husband and I has already booked a ticket from United Airlines Leaving Guam to Honolulu then Honolulu to Los Angeles. It's kind of scary and hope I won't run into some problems. Thanks by the way I just need somebody to give me an idea and share their travel experience. Thank you and god bless..

You won't go through US immigration during the entire trip, since you won't be leaving or re-entering the US. United may ask some questions when you get your boarding passes to return to Guam so be prepared for that with whatever documents you have.

Why would they do that?

My wife entered as a K-1 visa holder here in Guam but we got married within 90 days and filed for AOS. It's just a matter of waiting on her GC. I read some information here that K-1 who already applied for a change of status are allowed to travel within the US Continental as long that you don't cross around other countries like Japan. This is an emergency situation that needing us to fly back to San Diego?????

Just present the NOA1 of the AOS & marriage certificate. good.gif
