USPS has tracked that our package is now in Chicago. Hopefully, we get a confirmation email from USCIS that they've gotten it on Monday! :)

I feel like from now on, we should have everything sent express or overnight. The wait of 1 week for just our package to arrive was bugging me.

Any news on your mailed packages, fellow filers? :)

ssingh, hang in there :) skype and viber are your friends!

KDH, sometimes when you just meet the most amazing person you've ever known... You will have to fly every 3 months to see each other. Our story. Thankfully, it's over for now.

Haha! I do not doubt your statement even for a moment. This process will surely bring out the crazy in us ;)

I sent my 130 packet via Priority and they issued my NOA1 with a 1/14/13 date. I created an account as suggested on the USCIS site, yet my receipt number is not recognized. Anyone else getting the same results when keying in their newly issued #? Should I calm down and wait a few weeks before checking online? :)

It took two entire months for my case number to show up online. Some case numbers never show up online. It's frustrating but it does not mean your case is not being processed. My case was accepted and sent to my local office before it ever showed up online. Until your case shows up online, you can call the USCIS customer service line to make sure everything is OK with your case. Calling once a week is more than enough.
