Hi,

first off I would like to say thank you to all that post here and provide such an excellent resource for people to petition for visas. I have used this website almost entirely when applying for wife's visa.

So here is my question. Currently I am at the AOS stage and I need to submit it back to NVC, however I have moved and I wanted to know what form is required to be sent in for an address change. Another issue lies in that the current apartment I am staying is only temporary and I will be moving out from here in May and will be moving to Alabama with my brother.

I wanted to know if its better to put my address as my brothers to ensure that I receive paperwork from NVC and the fact that it is a permanent residence would be easier as well

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

When I moved, I emailed NVC of the new address and they updated their records.

I sure would go with the brothers address as a permanent address. Cuz bottom line is where do you want that green card to go. They do not forward and you want that address firm. Happy journey.
