using husband/wife it will to deny your fiance' petition?

i am just confuse if its true if you used the word husband/wife it will affect your fiance petition?because i and my fiance called each other as a wife and husband and it written that on our emails which included on the packet that my fiance send

I have read in other threads, that it gives the IO the perception that you are already married, and will deny you for the K-1. I have not read of anyone actually being denied. However, you have to look at it as a stranger looking at your relationship. They only have what you provided to make a determination of your relationship.

Calling eachother husband and wife is not an automatic denial, but it will make the CO suspicious, will cause them to question other small discrepancies you have, minor questions you cannot answer etc.

Since you and your fiance haven't been married yet but just engaged and you are applying for K-1, your petition is correct. Don't see any wrong with that if you and your fiance call each other as wife and hubby during the conversation time. But if the visa officer asks about it, you can always give your true answer/reason.

I dont think so.. (that is based to my experience) i gave lots of email, chats, cards.. That both of us use wifey and hubby word.. I was concerned about it before.. 'coz i read some forum about it too.. But in phils. we use hubby/wifey as endearment even if we arent supposed too.. But since im here in u.s. Already and i did passed my interview, you guys will be ok, goodluck:)

That's what I thought. I always assumed "asawa" was endearing because there really isn't a Tagalog word for Fiancee. It's either boyfriend or asawa. I'm still learning though

I'm going to agree with this. The Petition shows your both free to marry. Is it wise to use the word Hubby/Wife and submit that with the Application. NO. , it might raise a brow from USCIS. (I assume you both only sent the 129-F at this point and waiting for NOA1). Make a Time-Line.....

Have they cashed the Check?

The worst I can imagine is a RFE. I doubt that but in the future refrain from mis-leading statements than may occur to the CO when the time of the interview arrives.
