if you did not utilize Electronic Processing with NVC,

then

expect an interview date in about 3.5 months from 5 DECEMBER 2012.

The appointment letter comes out via postal mail, to the address covered in the GUZ IV P3 Supplemental form.

I called DOS and they said GUZ still didn't receive our P3 yet.

We sent our P3 on Dec 21. Tracking shows it was receive by White Swan on Dec 24. Is this normal because they process it as "received" at the same time they give you an interview appt? thanks!

i almost thought someone played a hard joke on you by calling themselves as "white swan" or worst "old man of the moonlight"

unlockingsky - you not know of 'white swan', so i'll discount your advice. Also, the OP not use EP at NVC, and any K-1 chaser that posts here won't have EP to concern with, either. Relax you.

klo - give it another week. If you still don't hear anything from either email (GUZ IV unit emails out appointment letters now) or from DoS Hotline, then send off another P3 packet. GUZ has to get the casefile from EMS, into the mailroom, across town to the IV Unit via truck, then the P3 is added to the casefile. Once all that is done, yer eligible for IV Scheduling - Scheduling occurs throughout the month, but they do it in batches, anywhere from 3 to 6 times a month, each month.

Don't worry about white swan accepting it - they do that all the time. Sometimes, to add to the worry, the P3 falls off the receiving table, behind the desk. If it's been more than 4 weeks, call into White Swan, get the concierge, ask them to have a look for your package, giving over the EMS #. GUZ was closed in the afternoon of the 24th and also the 25th, so who knows?

Regarding some of the P4 forms...

1)GNI-1 - This should not be signed until instructed by VO or document intake person? Is that correct?

2)d-156K - Same as above

3)d-230 - Same as above

........ it seems like only d-156 should be signed ahead of time?

3)EOR - I can't make it to the interview so she won't have my passport. How should she approach and give to the VO? After saying "hi" and "good morning", give it right away and say, "here's a letter from my fiance"?

i refer the OP to your previous post. not sure why you would discount yourself while my post only points to your post.
