My mom picked up her visa today and got the CFO sticker! Took 4 working days from the day the visa was printed. Her flight is on Sunday using Philippine Airlines and PAL confirmed that my mom doesn't need a copy of my photo ID nor credit card because it was purchased through an agency.

Thanks to Tahoma, _Hank and Tin and Mike for answering my questions and other people's questions so I learn from those too! The long wait is over!

Yes. My mom is here already. They didn't ask for the credit card info nor any photo ID.
