Hello Happy Holidays to all!!

I am a little confused and want to avoid any more delays, since we already had an RFE prior to the NOA2 being approved. Also, I WILL be at the interview. Below are my concerns, questions and THANKS!!

1) I have completed the I-134 form. Are there other forms I need to have completed prior to the interview other than those provided to us once she has her medical examinations and immunization updates?

2) I have two children that live with my ex and I have listed them as partially dependent(i-134 Q8), since they live with her 75% of the year. Is that correct?

3) Based on the above adding my fiancee and myself I have a household of 4. Based on the 2012 poverty guidelines I make more than 3x of that amount - Do I need proof other than copies of paystubs for the previous three months prior to the interview? I will also have copies of my last yearly paystub for the past 3 years, just in case. I ask since I see some bring copies of their tax returns, bank statements and other documentation..

4) As proof we will have pictures since the original petition was sent, used boarding passes for trips we took together, hotel, store, restaurant receipts and skype, email proof.

Are we missing anything? I AM nervous and want give us the best chance for an approval the day of the interview.

THANKS - Ray

Last three years of complete tax returns or IRS tax transcripts (free) are a must, besides the paystubs

Read the reviews for your country's embassy, they are very helpful in knowing what to expect. It is good that you will be there with your fiance. Good luck!

We had our interview this past Wednesday, 23rd. I ended up providing this years tax return and last years, since I had a problem receiving the tax transcripts and it was sufficient. In the end we will be approved, per the consular officer, once her medical results are fine and sent in next week.
